Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid memberships and digital products purchased through Korrath Studios. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase — if something isn't right, please reach out to us.
2. Paid Memberships
14-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with your paid membership (Supporter I, II, or III), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not accessed a significant portion of the exclusive content.
Renewals: For recurring memberships, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds for renewal charges may be issued within 48 hours of the charge if you contact us promptly.
After the 14-day window, membership fees are non-refundable. Cancelling your membership will stop future charges and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
3. Digital Products & Game Purchases
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products (DLC, in-game items, or other digital content) are final once accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital product, a refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Purchases older than 14 days (unless required by law)
- Promotional or discounted purchases, unless separately stated
- Situations where the purchased content has been significantly accessed or consumed
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contact@korrath.studio with:
- Your account email address
- The product or membership you purchased
- The date of purchase
- The reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection directives.
